Cashew Sour Cream

100 grams of cashews contains nearly 18 grams of proteins.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup raw cashews soaked in ½ cup warm water for 30 minutes
  • 2 tsp. apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tsp. lemon/lime juice
  • Pinch of sea salt

Method:

  • In a high speed blender/food processor, blend all ingredients until smooth and creamy.
  • Let it sit for a few hours in the refrigerator.
  • Serve on quesadillas and other recipes.
