Ingredients:
- 1 cup raw cashews soaked in ½ cup warm water for 30 minutes
- 2 tsp. apple cider vinegar
- 1 tsp. lemon/lime juice
- Pinch of sea salt
Method:
- In a high speed blender/food processor, blend all ingredients until smooth and creamy.
- Let it sit for a few hours in the refrigerator.
- Serve on quesadillas and other recipes.
